2. How to Request a Reprint

Please email our support team at sales@van-signs.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue so we can fast-track your reprint.

3. Custom Orders & Cancellations

Because all van signs are custom-made to your specific vehicle dimensions and artwork, we cannot offer cash refunds once printing has commenced. However, our reprint guarantee ensures your investment is fully protected.

4. Delivery Damage

If your signage arrives damaged during transit, please let us know immediately by emailing sales@van-signs.com. We will prioritize a replacement print and ship it out to you at no extra cost.
